6. Willing to mingle and pour your brilliant ideas with team.
7. Last, stay professional and responsible with the task at hand.

As we know, most of roleplay projects consuming time and energy of writers. We will also try not to keep your writers feel pressured by the work at hand. We are open and concern in each of our team, in hoping you will do the same. However, if any personal conflicts outside the project will be beyond our responsibility.

external affair

External affairs, also often called external relations, covers a broad range of functions for prioritizes internal and external communication. These may include media and public relations.

1. Taking care of offers from outside or internally out.
2. Cooperate with office of featured models and that we can work for magazine purposes.
3. Bridging and maintain with media partner and sponsorship as per issue or long term.
4. Organizing and responsible for the delivery of information to our partner group.

human resource

The Human Resource will work closely with the teams to help develop and implement talent processes and employee relations practices.

1. Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing workers.
2. Evaluate employee relations issues at hand and advise with the proper protocol.
3. Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are being adhered to fairly and consistently.

Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is the key to every page of our magazine. Your creativity is also a visual determinant.

1. Working closely with the creative team in one of the rubrics that will be handled.
2. Discuss with the editorial team for any perspective design and lay-outing.
3. Freed to improvise in the design that will be made, but still refers to the theme and the basis of our editing.
4. Processing material into visuals and lay-outing.
5. Perform quality check before publication.

Photographer

Magazine photographers capture images for each issues. Work in studios or carry out shoots on location.

1. Discuss for any visual recommendation of the featured models.
2. Willingly to do plot and coordination with the models for photoshoot.
3. Collect the visualization after photoshoot.

Front officer

They are the very first person you will meet when you come to our office.

1. Responsible for receiving and responding offers from partners and forwarding them to the relevant division.
2. Make an interesting caption in every post that will be released.
3. Up content on the existing base regularly.

CREATIVE

The Creative Team is responsible for the conception, design and implementation of each issue. The Creative Team, working closely with the Editor in Chief as fashion team, will also direct and conceptualize the cover and fashion shoots.

1. Determine the concept, theme, and article reference. Such as potential model & featured content creator.
2. Cooperate and being Person In Charge in selected rubric you desire until we ready to publish.
3. Discuss with Magazine Writers in creating potential data and material.
4. Maintain and Bridging communication between the featured to our internal team.

Magazine Editor & Writer

Magazine writers express, promote, and interpret fashion ideas and facts in written form. Magazine Writers primary responsibility is to ensure that text provided is suitable in content, format, and style for the intended audiences.

1. Gather an information about the subject/ models and then carefully check the accuracy of their sources.
2. Searching for the best way to express the concept into words.
3. Review, correcting, and revise before a final copy is ready for publication.
